Senior Business Development Specialist — Education & EdTech

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive growth across both our B2B school partnerships and B2C parent-facing channels. This is a critical hire for our 2026 commercial plan, owning revenue targets and building long-term relationships with schools, families, and communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead B2B sales of our NEOMI AI-powered EdTech program to Tier A (Premium) and Tier B (Professional) private and international schools.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers (principals, owners, innovation leads).
  • Conduct school visits, product demos, and tailored commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close annual school partnerships (target: 20 contracts, 3M EGP revenue).
  • Build and manage the B2C sales funnel — from digital campaigns to parent subscriptions.
  • Plan and execute summer camps, education fairs, and parent-facing activations.
  • Manage and coach junior sales staff to hit acquisition and conversion targets.
  • Track performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline stages) in HubSpot CRM.
  • Report weekly to the CCO with updates on both B2B and B2C pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of proven success in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or events management — ideally in EdTech, education publishing, or children’s products.
  • Strong track record closing institutional deals (>50,000 EGP contract value).
  • Experience managing consumer acquisition funnels and hitting subscription targets.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working evenings/weekends during event periods.
  • Knowledge of Egypt’s private school landscape is a significant advantage.
  • Must own a car and be able to travel across Cairo and regional governorates.

Why Join Us?
This role is the primary revenue engine for our 2026 growth plan — driving both institutional partnerships and parent engagement. You’ll have direct visibility with the CCO, ownership of critical revenue streams, and the chance to shape how families and schools experience AI-powered education.
