About the Role We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive growth across both our B2B school partnerships and B2C parent-facing channels. This is a critical hire for our 2026 commercial plan, owning revenue targets and building long-term relationships with schools, families, and communities.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead B2B sales of our NEOMI AI-powered EdTech program to Tier A (Premium) and Tier B (Professional) private and international schools.</li><li>Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers (principals, owners, innovation leads).</li><li>Conduct school visits, product demos, and tailored commercial proposals.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close annual school partnerships (target: 20 contracts, 3M EGP revenue).</li><li>Build and manage the B2C sales funnel &mdash; from digital campaigns to parent subscriptions.</li><li>Plan and execute summer camps, education fairs, and parent-facing activations.</li><li>Manage and coach junior sales staff to hit acquisition and conversion targets.</li><li>Track performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline stages) in HubSpot CRM.</li><li>Report weekly to the CCO with updates on both B2B and B2C pipelines.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>4&ndash;6 years of proven success in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or events management &mdash; ideally in EdTech, education publishing, or children&rsquo;s products.</li><li>Strong track record closing institutional deals (&gt;50,000 EGP contract value).</li><li>Experience managing consumer acquisition funnels and hitting subscription targets.</li><li>Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with comfort using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).</li><li>Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working evenings/weekends during event periods.</li><li>Knowledge of Egypt&rsquo;s private school landscape is a significant advantage.</li><li>Must own a car and be able to travel across Cairo and regional governorates.</li></ul>Why Join Us? Senior Business Development Specialist — Education & EdTech

<ul><li>Plan and execute parent-facing campaigns via Meta, Instagram, and WhatsApp.</li><li>Convert digital leads to paying subscribers &mdash; manage the full funnel from ad click to payment.</li><li>Manage and coach the B2C Sales Specialist &mdash; assign leads, review conversion rates, and track performance.</li><li>Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on B2C campaign creative and targeting.</li><li>Track CAC per channel &mdash; target 250 EGP CAC per acquired student.</li><li>Build and manage a WhatsApp parent community for leads and current subscribers.</li><li>Report weekly to the CCO on the B2C pipeline and conversion metrics.</li></ul>Pay: E&pound;12,000.00 - E&pound;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Heliopolis

B2C Sales Lead

<ul><li>Identify, qualify, and engage school prospects (principals, owners, innovation leads).</li><li>Conduct school visits, product demos, and NEOMI presentations to decision-makers.</li><li>Prepare and submit tailored commercial proposals per school tier.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close annual school partnerships.</li><li>Manage pipeline in CRM and update all stages and activity logs daily.</li><li>Represent J2L at EDU Gate, NileTESOL, STEM education conferences, and other industry events.</li><li>Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding post-signature.</li><li>Provide weekly pipeline updates directly to the CCO.</li></ul>Pay: E&pound;20,000.00 - E&pound;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Heliopolis
