Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
CEO’s Assistant
to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Coordinate internal and external communications

Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO

Handle confidential information with integrity

Support in strategic planning and daily operations
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken) – this role requires professional-level English communication

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
