Executive Assistant

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support executives. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements

• Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

• Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents

• Attend meetings when required, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items

• Manage emails, phone calls, and requests, prioritizing urgent matters appropriately

• Coordinate and support projects, ensuring deadlines are met

• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion

• Assist with planning and organizing events, meetings, and business trips

• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)

• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus)
