Sales, Engagement, and Follow-up
- Lead Outreach: Identify, qualify, and initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present the educational services.
- Sales Pitch: Clearly and persuasively articulate the features, benefits, and unique value of the educational service, demonstrating how it meets the client's specific needs.
- Conversion: Effectively manage the sales pipeline to close deals and meet agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow-up and CRM: Maintain consistent, structured follow-up with all leads and new clients. Accurately update and manage all sales activities and interactions within the CRM system.
- Objection Handling: Address client questions and concerns professionally and skillfully to move the sales process forward.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the Education or Services sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English, and preferably Arabic). Persuasion Skills: A strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and close sales effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Personal Attributes: Highly energetic, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure to meet demanding sales goals.
