ReceptionistLocation: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Salary: AED 3,000 per monthJob SummaryWe are looking for a professional, friendly and well-organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will welcome visitors, handle calls, manage appointments and support daily administrative operations.The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a professional attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.</li><li>Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls.</li><li>Respond to general enquiries by phone, email and in person.</li><li>Manage appointments, meeting schedules and visitor bookings.</li><li>Maintain the reception area and keep it clean and organized.</li><li>Receive, sort and distribute mail, deliveries and courier packages.</li><li>Maintain visitor records and follow company access procedures.</li><li>Support the team with data entry, filing, printing and document preparation.</li><li>Coordinate meeting rooms and prepare them when required.</li><li>Monitor office supplies and report shortages to management.</li><li>Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.</li><li>Handle confidential information professionally.</li><li>Perform other reception and administrative duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and office systems.</li><li>Strong organization and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage calls, visitors and administrative tasks efficiently.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.</li><li>Availability to work on-site in Dubai.</li></ul>Application RequirementsPlease submit:<ul><li>Updated CV</li><li>Current location</li><li>Notice period or earliest available joining date</li><li>Summary of relevant reception or customer-service experience</li></ul>We are an equal-opportunity employer.Employment decisions are based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience and business requirements.Pay: AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Front desk: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
