Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and approach potential clients and channel partners to generate new business opportunities.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Conduct field visits, product presentations, and on-site meetings to pitch products and close deals.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress regularly.</li><li>Gather market intelligence, track competitor activity, and suggest proactive strategies.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on client meetings, pipeline status, and closures.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and order processing.</li><li>Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and build brand awareness.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or field sales.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Willingness to travel locally for field visits and client meetings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
