Human Resource Executive / HR GeneralistJob Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle both administrative and people-related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate induction & orientation for new employees.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and support a positive work environment.
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and performance tracking.
- Implement training & development activities.
- Monitor workplace discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company rules.
- Assist in HR operations, FNF processing, and exit formalities.
- Support management in HR strategy, reporting, and HRMS updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws & HR compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office, email drafting, and HR tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Time-management and people-management abilities.
