Senior Executive – Human Resources (HRBP)


Location: Gurugram


JOB PURPOSE


The Senior Executive – HRBP supports HR operations at the airport, focusing on employee engagement, HR process execution, and compliance. This role acts as a bridge between HR and operational teams, ensuring smooth HR service delivery in a dynamic environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


HR Support & Execution

  • Assist in executing HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Provide operational HR support to frontline teams and supervisors.
  • Coordinate onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation.


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate processing of attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and airport norms.
  • Support audits and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Performance & Development Support

    • Assist in performance management processes including goal tracking and feedback collection.


    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
    • Familiarity with HRIS tools and basic labor law knowledge.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
