We are looking for a creative 2D/3D Animation Expert who loves to create as much as they love to mentor.In this dual role, you will train the next generation of animators while simultaneously working on high-end 2D/3D assets for our internal products and marketing campaigns. Training &amp; Mentorship (60%)<ul><li>Deliver practical, hands-on training in 3D Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation, and Lighting.</li><li>Teach industry-standard pipelines for 2D Motion Graphics and Character Animation.</li><li>Guide students through their capstone projects and portfolio building.</li><li>Update the curriculum to match current industry trends (e.g., AI in Animation, Blender Geometry Nodes).</li></ul>2. Company Projects &amp; Production (40%)<ul><li>Design and animate high-quality 3D assets/explainers for EasySkill&rsquo;s marketing and product teams.</li><li>Create engaging 2D motion graphics for social media and educational content.</li><li>Collaborate with the web &amp; design team to integrate 3D elements into UI/UX projects.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Tools Required<ul><li>Mastery in 3D: Blender (Priority), Autodesk Maya, or Cinema 4D.</li><li>Mastery in 2D/VFX: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate CC.</li><li>Design Support: Photoshop, Illustrator.</li><li>Bonus Skills: Experience with Unreal Engine (UE5), Unity, or AI Art tools (Midjourney/RunwayML).</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Strong Portfolio: A showreel demonstrating strong principles of animation (Squash &amp; Stretch, Timing, Spacing).</li><li>Communication: Ability to explain complex 3D concepts in simple Hindi/English.</li><li>Problem Solver: Someone who can troubleshoot rendering issues or rigging bugs.</li><li>Passion: You stay updated with the latest tools and trends.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Best of Both Worlds: Don't just teach&mdash;keep creating!
