In this dual role, you will train the next generation of animators while simultaneously working on high-end 2D/3D assets for our internal products and marketing campaigns. If you want a stable career that keeps your creative portfolio active, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Mentorship (60%)

• Deliver practical, hands-on training in 3D Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation, and Lighting.
• Teach industry-standard pipelines for 2D Motion Graphics and Character Animation.
• Guide students through their capstone projects and portfolio building.
• Update the curriculum to match current industry trends (e.g., AI in Animation, Blender Geometry Nodes).

2. Company Projects & Production (40%)

• Design and animate high-quality 3D assets/explainers for EasySkill’s marketing and product teams.
• Create engaging 2D motion graphics for social media and educational content.
• Collaborate with the web & design team to integrate 3D elements into UI/UX projects.

Skills & Tools Required

• Mastery in 3D: Blender (Priority), Autodesk Maya, or Cinema 4D.
• Mastery in 2D/VFX: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate CC.
• Design Support: Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Unreal Engine (UE5), Unity, or AI Art tools (Midjourney/RunwayML).

What We Are Looking For

• Strong Portfolio: A showreel demonstrating strong principles of animation (Squash & Stretch, Timing, Spacing).
• Communication: Ability to explain complex 3D concepts in simple Hindi/English.
• Problem Solver: Someone who can troubleshoot rendering issues or rigging bugs.
• Passion: You stay updated with the latest tools and trends.
