We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Catering &amp; Food Truck Assistant to support the daily operations of our food truck and catering services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives in customer-facing situations, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.Pay: $20&ndash;$25 per hour (based on experience) + tips Hours: Approximately 35&ndash;40 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate as a cashier on the food truck, providing friendly and efficient customer service</li><li>Assist with daily food truck operations, ensuring smooth and timely service</li><li>Prepare, package, and label (sticker) orders accurately</li><li>Support basic food prep and cooking tasks (cooking experience is a plus, but not required)</li><li>Deliver catering orders safely and on time</li><li>Set up and break down the food truck for events</li><li>Assist with setup and organization for catering events</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, including dishes, surfaces, and equipment</li><li>Monitor and help manage inventory levels and restocking</li><li>Assist the Catering Manager with all aspects of food truck and catering operations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver&rsquo;s license (for deliveries)</li><li>Ability to lift and carry items as needed</li><li>Previous food service or cooking experience is a plus</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For: Someone who is dependable, flexible, and ready to be part of a team.
