We pair these solutions with a free HR and benefits administration platform, giving businesses access to enterprise-level tools without the expense.As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing Agency Sales Representatives (ASRs) while also driving your own production. You will lead from the front by helping your team close business, refine their approach, and build long-term pipelines.Our platform simplifies onboarding, enrollment, and compliance through cutting-edge technology, paired with a white glove implementation experience that ensures success for both employers and employees.
