We are Benni Agency, a full-service Employee Benefits & Technology firm redefining how benefits are delivered to modern businesses. We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Agency Sales Manager to lead, build, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
Unlike traditional insurance agencies, Benni operates with a technology-first approach, delivering a complete suite of employee benefits including telehealth, pet insurance, major medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and more—often at no direct cost to the employer. As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing Agency Sales Representatives (ASRs) while also driving your own production. You will lead from the front by helping your team close business, refine their approach, and build long-term pipelines.
Our platform simplifies onboarding, enrollment, and compliance through cutting-edge technology, paired with a white glove implementation experience that ensures success for both employers and employees. This creates a strong and easy-to-sell value proposition for you and your team.
