Warehouse Supervisor

<ul><li>Ecommerce Warehouse Experience a must</li></ul><ul><li>Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management.</li><li>Manage day to day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets</li><li>Play a key managerial role of supporting the FC head with excellence in execution</li><li>Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly</li><li>Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)</li><li>Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency</li><li>Arrange and plan out warehouse, plan routes and process shipments</li><li>Resolve any arising problems or complaints</li><li>Supervise, coach and train the team</li><li>Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets</li><li>Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements</li><li>Continuously look for improvements to operations</li><li>Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations</li></ul>Experience :<ul><li>4 years of proven working experience as a warehouse manager/ Operation/ Station/ Hub/ Last Mile Manager</li><li>Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices</li><li>Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases</li><li>Leadership skills and ability manage staff</li><li>Strong decision making and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Distribution &amp; Warehouse Managers: 4 years (Required)</li><li>total work: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Warehouse management: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
