Your responsibilities include order processing of e-commerce and offline orders and managing logistics.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule deliveries, pickups, or personnel movements efficiently, taking into account factors TAT.Communication: Maintain effective communication with logistics teams, and customers to provide real-time updates and address any issues or concerns.Documentation: Keep accurate records of dispatch activities, and inventory.Problem Resolution: Handle unexpected issues such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, or customer complaints efficiently to minimize disruptions.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and coordinate with warehouse teams to replenish stock as needed.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on dispatch activities, including delivery performance metrics and cost analysis.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li><li>E-Commerce: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Order fulfillment: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
