A Outbound Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of goods Job

Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and organized dispatch of goods or personnel. Your responsibilities include order processing of e-commerce and offline orders and managing logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule deliveries, pickups, or personnel movements efficiently, taking into account factors TAT.

Communication: Maintain effective communication with logistics teams, and customers to provide real-time updates and address any issues or concerns.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of dispatch activities, and inventory.

Problem Resolution: Handle unexpected issues such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, or customer complaints efficiently to minimize disruptions.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and coordinate with warehouse teams to replenish stock as needed.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on dispatch activities, including delivery performance metrics and cost analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
