Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor with a butcher background to manage daily operations of a retail outlet. The role involves staff supervision, meat handling, hygiene and food safety compliance, inventory control, and ensuring high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail outlet operations during a 12-hour shift
• Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure proper meat handling, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels, freshness, expiry dates, and wastage
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Previous experience as a Butcher
• Retail store or outlet supervision experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of meat handling, hygiene, and food safety
• Team leadership and staff management skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and flexible retail schedules
