ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Includes all responsibilities of Residential Monitor</li><li>Reports to, and provides staff feedback to, the Facility Administrator</li><li>Behave and communicate in a professional manner at all times</li><li>Ensure staff compliance with the Employee Handbook, the Statement of Work and the Policy and Operations Manual.</li><li>Ensure adequate facility coverage for programmatic, security and safety concerns.</li><li>Ensure work is performed in a safe manner and without injury to self or others</li><li>Arrange and coordinate community resources for residents, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and other Community meetings</li><li>Provide support and counseling to residents and assist them in meeting their programmatic and counseling goals.</li><li>Coordinates all Cognitive Based Treatment Initiatives as required.</li><li>Performs other duties as may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor or higher authority.</li></ul>SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must successfully complete all security clearance requirements to include:<ul><li>Criminal Background Investigation(TCIC/NCIC)</li><li>Driver's License Check</li><li>Drug Screen</li></ul>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Two (2) year degree in a related field. One (1) year related work experience.
