Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong communication skills and technical understanding of the solar process &mdash; from AHJ permits to BOMs and material orders. If you&rsquo;re the type of person who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple moving parts, and serving customers with professionalism &mdash; this role is for you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Submit and manage AHJ permit applications and interconnection paperwork.</li><li>Read and interpret solar blueprints and electrical one-lines.</li><li>Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and order materials accurately and on time.</li><li>Coordinate between customers, subcontractors, and internal departments.</li><li>Maintain exceptional communication with homeowners, inspectors, and installers through phone calls and emails.</li><li>Track project progress from contract to PTO using company CRM.</li><li>Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in solar, construction, or project management.</li><li>Proven experience with permit submissions and AHJ requirements.</li><li>Ability to read solar plans, blueprints, and electrical drawings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of material ordering and job costing.</li><li>Excellent phone and email communication &mdash; this is a customer-facing position.</li><li>Highly organized and proactive; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Familiarity with Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, or SolarEdge systems.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Monday.com.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: From $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Encino, CA 91436 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Encino, CA 91436: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
