Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be the technical lead responsible for the electrical integrity, BMS integration, and commissioning of our new production lines. This is a &quot;hands-on&quot; role for an engineer who wants to build the future of energy storage from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Factory Startup: Lead the electrical installation and commissioning of automated production lines for cell grading, module assembly, and pack integration.</li><li>BMS &amp; Systems: Design and manage the integration of Battery Management Systems (BMS), ensuring precision in SOC/SOH monitoring and communication protocols (CAN Bus, RS485).</li><li>Quality &amp; Safety: Oversee high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical testing, implementing safety protocols to prevent thermal runaway and ensure cycle life.</li><li>Production Synergy: Work with the Production Manager to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and troubleshoot electrical failures in real-time.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all products meet Egyptian industrial standards and international safety certifications.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For:<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment (Battery storage, EV, or Power Electronics preferred).</li><li>Education: BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.</li><li>Technical Skills: * Deep understanding of LiFePO4 battery architecture.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CAN Bus sniffing and diagnostic tools (CANoe/SavvyCAN).</li><li>Proficiency in PLC programming and AutoCAD.</li><li>Language: Native Arabic and professional English (B2/C1).</li><li>Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who excels in a fast-paced, &quot;startup&quot; factory environment.</li></ul>Why Join ECOPOWER Egypt?<ul><li>Be part of a pioneering brand expanding from the UAE to Egypt.</li><li>Work with cutting-edge 2026 energy technology.</li><li>High growth potential into technical leadership as the Cairo facility scales.</li></ul>Location: Cairo, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-TimeHow to Apply: info@theecopower.com#Hiring #EgyptJobs #ElectricalEngineer #LithiumBattery #Manufacturing #ECOPOWER #BESS #CairoIndustry #EnergyStorageJob Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;30,000.00 - E&pound;50,000.00 per month
