About the PositionEcoPro Power Washing, Inc. is looking for a friendly, upbeat Office Administrator to join our team during our busy season! This part-time, seasonal role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being an important part of a fast-moving small business.Schedule<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Friday</li><li>1:00 PM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Seasonal position: April through early November</li></ul>Pay<ul><li>$16 &ndash; $19 per hour, depending on qualifications</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers</li><li>Prepare customer estimates using our in-house CRM system</li><li>Conduct data research and information collection</li><li>Take clear and organized notes for customer records</li><li>Perform follow-up calls and messages with customers as needed</li><li>Help maintain a smooth, professional office environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Friendly, positive personality and a genuine &ldquo;people person&rdquo;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Comfortable speaking with customers and providing helpful service</li><li>Strong organizational and note-taking abilities</li><li>Ability to work well in a professional office setting</li><li>Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems</li></ul>Who This Job Is Perfect ForSomeone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team.
