Office Administrative Assistant (Part-Time/Seasonal)

About the PositionEcoPro Power Washing, Inc. is looking for a friendly, upbeat Office Administrator to join our team during our busy season! This part-time, seasonal role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being an important part of a fast-moving small business.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Seasonal position: April through early November

Pay

  • $16 – $19 per hour, depending on qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers
  • Prepare customer estimates using our in-house CRM system
  • Conduct data research and information collection
  • Take clear and organized notes for customer records
  • Perform follow-up calls and messages with customers as needed
  • Help maintain a smooth, professional office environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Friendly, positive personality and a genuine “people person”
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and providing helpful service
  • Strong organizational and note-taking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a professional office setting
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems
