Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the interior fit-out and renovation sector.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and retail fit-out projectsGenerate leads through networking, cold calling, and market researchMeet potential clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutionsPrepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentationsCoordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are metNegotiate contracts and close sales dealsMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat businessAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsKeep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developmentsRequirements:Proven experience in sales within fit-out, interior design, or renovation industryStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand technical drawings and project requirementsSelf-motivated with a target-driven approachValid driving license (preferred)Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in UAE/GCC marketWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + commission structureCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive and professional work environmentJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Ajman Free Zone
