Procurement &amp; Logistics Executive in a Water and Wastewater Treatment Company:1. Procurement Management<ul><li>Source and procure equipment, chemicals, and materials required for STP, ETP, RO, and ZLD projects.</li><li>Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery reliability.</li><li>Obtain quotations, compare costs, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders.</li><li>Maintain updated vendor database and evaluate vendor performance periodically.</li><li>Ensure all procurement complies with company policies, budgets, and project timelines.</li></ul>2. Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain inventory of critical spares, chemicals, and consumables.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, initiate purchase requests, and avoid material shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Implement effective material storage, handling, and tracking systems.</li></ul>3. Logistics &amp; Material Handling<ul><li>Coordinate transportation of equipment and materials from vendors to project sites.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery and safe handling of goods.</li><li>Track shipments, manage customs/clearance if required, and resolve delivery delays.</li><li>Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and site teams for smooth logistics operations.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and maintain procurement records, purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist in preparing budgets, cost reports, and procurement schedules.</li><li>Maintain vendor agreements, certifications, and technical documents.</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams for procurement and logistics needs.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and quality approvals.</li><li>Assist project teams during commissioning and installation by ensuring materials are available on time.</li></ul>6. Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in water/wastewater or process plants.</li><li>Knowledge of material sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software for procurement and inventory tracking.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,559.42 - &#8377;35,126.40 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
