This role operates at the intersection of strategy, commercial negotiations, program design, and execution, and is a key lever for revenue growth, margin improvement, and differentiation.Key Objective of this role is building and managing a high-quality portfolio of alliance partners across categories (travel, lifestyle, digital services, FMCG adjacencies, experiences, etc.). Enable compelling, cost-efficient, and scalable reward and alliance propositions for clients. Drive mutually beneficial commercial outcomes for partners and the company. Strengthen the companys partner-led go-to-market and solutioning capability.Key Responsibilities1. Partner Strategy &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant brand partners aligned to target audiences and campaign objectives All registered marks belong to their respective rights holders | Confidential &amp; Proprietary | ISO 27001 &amp; ISO</li></ul>9001 Certified<ul><li>Continuously expand and refresh the partner ecosystem</li></ul>2.Commercial Negotiation &amp; Contracting<ul><li>Negotiate commercials, margins, commissions, and offer structures</li><li>Work with Finance and Legal to finalize contracts, SLAs, and settlements</li></ul>3. Program &amp; Offer Design<ul><li>Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Servicing to design alliance-led reward propositions</li><li>Customize partner offers for specific clients and campaigns</li></ul>4. Execution &amp; partner Enablement<ul><li>Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and fulfillment during live campaigns</li><li>Act as the primary partner point of contact</li></ul>5. Performance Tracking &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track KPIs such as redemption, utilization, cost efficiency, and satisfaction</li><li>Use insights to optimize or rationalize partnerships</li></ul>6. Relationship Management &amp; Growth<ul><li>Build long-term strategic relationships</li><li>Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-marketing opportunities</li></ul>7.
