As the Manager - Brand Alliances & Partnerships, you will build, manage, and scale a strong ecosystem of brand partners that enhance the value of the companys loyalty programs, trade campaigns, and promotional solutions. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, commercial negotiations, program design, and execution, and is a key lever for revenue growth, margin improvement, and differentiation.

Key Objective of this role is building and managing a high-quality portfolio of alliance partners across categories (travel, lifestyle, digital services, FMCG adjacencies, experiences, etc.). Enable compelling, cost-efficient, and scalable reward and alliance propositions for clients. Drive mutually beneficial commercial outcomes for partners and the company. Strengthen the companys partner-led go-to-market and solutioning capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Strategy & Sourcing

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant brand partners aligned to target audiences and campaign objectives All registered marks belong to their respective rights holders | Confidential & Proprietary | ISO 27001 & ISO

  • Continuously expand and refresh the partner ecosystem

2.Commercial Negotiation & Contracting

  • Negotiate commercials, margins, commissions, and offer structures
  • Work with Finance and Legal to finalize contracts, SLAs, and settlements

3. Program & Offer Design

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Servicing to design alliance-led reward propositions
  • Customize partner offers for specific clients and campaigns

4. Execution & partner Enablement

  • Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and fulfillment during live campaigns
  • Act as the primary partner point of contact

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track KPIs such as redemption, utilization, cost efficiency, and satisfaction
  • Use insights to optimize or rationalize partnerships

6. Relationship Management & Growth

  • Build long-term strategic relationships
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-marketing opportunities

7. Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Client Servicing, Finance, and Operations

Qualification & Characteristics

  • Bachelors Degree in any stream.
  • 510 years of experience in brand alliances, partnerships, loyalty, rewards, promotions, or affiliate ecosystems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
