The ideal candidate is energetic, dedicated, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities that enhance both student achievement and school culture.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement comprehensive math lesson plans aligned with state standards and curriculum goals, incorporating innovative learning technology and hands-on activities.</li><li>Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that promote respect, engagement, and collaboration.</li><li>Assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments, including standardized testing preparation, to tailor instruction and support individual learning needs.</li><li>Mentor and collaborate with fellow teachers, providing guidance on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and classroom best practices.</li><li>Support students with diverse learning needs by integrating special education techniques and early intervention strategies into daily lessons.</li><li>Engage in ongoing professional development related to literacy education, childhood development, Montessori methods, or other relevant educational approaches.</li><li>Contribute to school-wide initiatives such as tutoring programs, library services, or extracurricular activities that enrich the student experience.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven classroom experience working with elementary-aged children in a private or public school setting.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.</li><li>Expertise in lesson planning, curriculum development, and assessment design.</li><li>Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance instruction and student engagement.</li><li>Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management best practices.</li><li>Experience working with students with autism or other special needs is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to mentor peers or lead initiatives that foster school improvement or leadership development.
