We are looking for a curious, organized, and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our global TA team. This is a hands-on, generalist role offering exposure to a wide range of talent acquisition activities, including early careers programs, recruitment operations, employer branding initiatives, and global TA projects. If you are interested in how talent strategies operate in a fast-paced, global environment, this internship will provide meaningful learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of early careers programs and initiatives, including aspects of the intern lifecycle
</li><li>Assisting with university relations and early careers planning, including research to support campus engagement strategies and future initiatives
</li><li>Helping coordinate university visits, recruitment events, and early careers programming, both virtual and in-person
</li><li>Supporting global employer branding initiatives, including content creation, storytelling, and coordination of campaigns across regions
</li><li>Assisting with the development, maintenance, and organization of global TA and early careers resources, including SharePoint sites and internal documentation
</li><li>Providing general Talent Acquisition administrative support, such as interview scheduling, coordination, data tracking, and process support
</li><li>Conducting research and monitoring industry news, market trends, and TA best practices, sharing insights to support team priorities and talent strategy
</li><li>Gaining exposure to global recruitment processes and TA operations, working closely with recruiters, early careers partners, and employer branding colleagues
</li><li>Supporting ad hoc global TA projects and initiatives as needed
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Current undergraduate rising senior with an interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, including early careers and university relations
</li></ul><ul><li>Curious and eager to learn about global talent, recruitment, and early careers strategy
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset

About the Role
Assistant Account Executives (AAEs) are early-career professionals gaining hands-on experience across communications and advisory disciplines. They support account teams in day-to-day client work spanning brand marketing, corporate reputation, crisis and issues, B2B marketing, workplace advisory, health, technology, impact, and public affairs. 
AAEs are client-centric, detail-oriented communicators who contribute to research, content development, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and project coordination. They learn and apply Edelman&rsquo;s standards for excellence in client service, collaboration, and integrated marketing, developing the skills to become reliable and trusted team members across practices. 
In this role, you will primarily support work across health/pharma communications. 
Day-to-day work may include:
<ul><li>Maintain and update key tracking tools, including hot lists, workback timelines, status reports and weekly coverage sweeps across brand and competitor landscapes.
</li><li>Monitor media coverage and develop clear, insightful reports, including quarterly performance snapshots.

Assistant Account Executive, Associate Practice

We are seeking a design intern for a 10-week summer internship program running from Monday, June 8 through Friday, August 14. To be considered, candidates must be a current senior, post graduate student, or recent graduate.

It&rsquo;s not enough to be culturally relevant&mdash;our briefs demand that we change culture around us. At Edelman, our creative teams conceptualize Earned-first ideas, which will be a foundational part of the ideation process. 
Our Designer will render creative depictions of programming ideas, produce gorgeous images to tell stories, and transform sometimes text-heavy slides into graphic representations of all that we can do as a firm. They&rsquo;ll not only be able to imagine creative solutions, but describe their intent. They&rsquo;ll also counsel teams on what can and can&rsquo;t be done in a given time period, collaborate with other designers and art directors, and command a toolbox of skills to quickly and efficiently transform undesigned content into beautiful documents.
It will be important to stay current on design trends, identify and implement the coolest, newest creative ideas. It is also important that this designer is inclusive in the creative, allowing collaboration and meaningful exchange between design and account teams&mdash;all the while helping to execute a shared vision that is top-notch.
