In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the firm's trial attorneys and litigation team to provide critical support throughout all phases of trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, ensuring our clients receive exceptional representation.Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Provide on-site trial support, including real-time document retrieval and exhibit management during proceedings</li><li>Prepare and organize trial exhibits, witness binders, and courtroom presentations</li><li>Coordinate trial logistics</li><li>Cite-check, proof, and finalize trial briefs, motions in limine, and jury instructions</li><li>Handle filings in Federal and state courts with strict attention to trial deadlines</li><li>Coordinate service of summonses, subpoenas, and trial-related documents</li><li>Maintain trial databases and document management systems</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of paralegal experience</li><li>Direct support experience for at least 2 jury trials</li><li>Bachelors degree and Paralegal certificate</li><li>Proficiency with e-filing systems (PACER, CM/ECF)</li><li>Excellent verbal and client service skills, with ability to maintain composure in high-pressure trial environments</li><li>Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail</li><li>Ability to conduct legal research (i.e., familiarity with Westlaw and LexisNexis)</li><li>Experience with Bluebook citation</li></ul>The expected salary range for this position is $85,000-$125,000.
