We are seeking an experienced trial paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the firm's trial attorneys and litigation team to provide critical support throughout all phases of trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, ensuring our clients receive exceptional representation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide on-site trial support, including real-time document retrieval and exhibit management during proceedings
  • Prepare and organize trial exhibits, witness binders, and courtroom presentations
  • Coordinate trial logistics
  • Cite-check, proof, and finalize trial briefs, motions in limine, and jury instructions
  • Handle filings in Federal and state courts with strict attention to trial deadlines
  • Coordinate service of summonses, subpoenas, and trial-related documents
  • Maintain trial databases and document management systems

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of paralegal experience
  • Direct support experience for at least 2 jury trials
  • Bachelors degree and Paralegal certificate
  • Proficiency with e-filing systems (PACER, CM/ECF)
  • Excellent verbal and client service skills, with ability to maintain composure in high-pressure trial environments
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct legal research (i.e., familiarity with Westlaw and LexisNexis)
  • Experience with Bluebook citation

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000-$125,000. Compensation also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance
