If you have a passion for serving seniors, you might make an excellent addition to our EdenHill family.We are currently seeking a motivated, courteous Courtesy Patrol/Driver to join our team.Hiring immediatelyJob Type:<ul><li>Does not require CDL (small bus, 15 passengers or less)</li><li>PRN /on call as needed (must be flexible)</li><li>10-20 hrs/week (some Saturdays)</li><li>Starting pay $14/ HR (based on experience)</li></ul>Summary: Transportation of EdenHill Communities residents to and from appointments in a safe and courteous manner at all times. Dual role position: Overnight patrol hours as needed, 8 PM to 8 AM.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Must be able to work with the elderly and rehabilitation patients, primarily pickup and delivery to physicians&rsquo; offices and hospitals and dialysis, locally.</li><li>Act as a positive representative of EdenHill Communities. Work with the community using tact and understanding with nursing personnel as well as the caregivers and family members of the residents served.</li><li>Conducts regular OVERNIGHT patrols (8 PM to 8 AM) as scheduled of the interior and exterior of EdenHill Communities&rsquo; property ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS.</li><li>Cleans and services vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories. Report all vehicle repairs, and / or any unsafe or hazardous situations immediately to your supervisor.</li><li>Performs operational checks of mechanical rooms and central plant areas.</li><li>Maintains a daily activity log. Report all unsafe conditions, damage, suspicious activity, vandalism, and / or unlocked facility doors.</li><li>Responsible for locking and unlocking all exterior entrance way doors at the appropriate times of the business day.</li><li>Be flexible and available for special occasions, and special schedules.</li></ul>Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
