• Full-Time
• PRN
• All Shifts Available (7a–3p, 3p–11p, 11p–7a)
• Float Shift Opportunities Available
• Shift rotation: 4 days on / 2 days off

Pay

• Starting pay: $13.25–$15.00 per hour
• Med-Tech experience is a plus!!!

SummaryAdministers prescribed medications to residents and maintains related medical records under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director. Provides care for residents in accordance with nursing and medical staff direction and the standards established by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned.

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms or records.
• Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application, or administers medication as directed.
• Answers call lights, bells, or intercom systems promptly to determine residents’ needs.
• Reports pertinent resident information to the Wellness Director.
• Assists residents with daily living activities and promotes resident comfort and safety.
• Must consistently display and model the EdenHill Spirit hospitality behavior standards.

Education and/or Experience

• Completion of Certified Nurse Aide Course and passing of Texas State test preferred.
• Medication Aide Certification for Texas preferred for Med Aide positions.
• Med-Tech experience is a plus.
