Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the Hotel Beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall experience of our guests, particularly in hotel pool area.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Prepare weekly drink special to be features in our daily board.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.</li><li>Operate the Point of Sale (POS) TOAST system for processing orders and payments accurately.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate records of sales.</li><li>Uphold high standards of customer service while managing time effectively during busy periods.</li><li>Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.</li><li>Experience with TOAST systems is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided as necessary.</li></ul>Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing your bartending skills in an exciting atmosphere!Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourShift:<ul><li>Evening shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
