Part-time Weekend Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the Hotel Beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall experience of our guests, particularly in hotel pool area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Prepare weekly drink special to be features in our daily board.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) TOAST system for processing orders and payments accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate records of sales.
• Uphold high standards of customer service while managing time effectively during busy periods.
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
• Experience with TOAST systems is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided as necessary.
