Job Title: Senior Automotive Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales &amp; Marketing Reports To: Showroom Manager / General Manager Location: Edition Motors Car Showroom &ndash; Doha, QatarPosition OverviewThe Senior Automotive Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales and delivering a world-class customer experience within a luxury automotive environment. The role requires a confident, professional, and consultative approach to sales &mdash; with the ability to understand high-end clients&rsquo; preferences, present suitable options, and manage the full sales process from inquiry to delivery.This position suits a dynamic sales professional with a proven record in luxury or performance car sales and the ability to build long-term relationships with discerning clientele.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and engage clients with a professional, customer-focused approach that reflects Edition Motors&rsquo; luxury standards.</li><li>Conduct needs assessments and present vehicles that best match the client&rsquo;s lifestyle, preferences, and budget.</li><li>Maintain deep product knowledge on all vehicles (features, specifications, and competitive comparisons).</li><li>Prepare and present detailed quotations, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.</li><li>Negotiate and close sales with confidence and professionalism, ensuring company profitability.</li><li>Oversee the complete sales cycle &mdash; from initial contact to delivery, registration, and after-sales follow-up.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with VIP and repeat customers to encourage referrals and loyalty.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to support proactive sales strategies.</li><li>Contribute to marketing events, vehicle launches, and social media engagement initiatives.</li><li>Accurately record client data, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive sales (luxury or premium brands strongly preferred).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.</li><li>Strong understanding of financing, trade-in valuation, and high-value vehicle transactions.</li><li>Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in CRM and digital communication tools.</li><li>Valid Qatar or GCC driving license required.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Sales excellence and closing capability</li><li>Client relationship management</li><li>Luxury customer service and presentation</li><li>Market awareness and competitive insight</li><li>High personal grooming standards and professional demeanor</li><li>Strong follow-up and organizational discipline</li></ul>Performance Indicators<ul><li>Monthly and quarterly sales volume</li><li>Gross profit per sale</li><li>Repeat customer and referral rate</li><li>Customer satisfaction and service feedback</li><li>Lead response and follow-up performance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Car Sales: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>arabic (Required)</li></ul>
