Job Title: Senior Automotive Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Showroom Manager / General Manager
Location: Edition Motors Car Showroom – Doha, Qatar

Position Overview

The Senior Automotive Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales and delivering a world-class customer experience within a luxury automotive environment. The role requires a confident, professional, and consultative approach to sales — with the ability to understand high-end clients’ preferences, present suitable options, and manage the full sales process from inquiry to delivery.

This position suits a dynamic sales professional with a proven record in luxury or performance car sales and the ability to build long-term relationships with discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage clients with a professional, customer-focused approach that reflects Edition Motors’ luxury standards.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present vehicles that best match the client’s lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge on all vehicles (features, specifications, and competitive comparisons).
  • Prepare and present detailed quotations, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
  • Negotiate and close sales with confidence and professionalism, ensuring company profitability.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to delivery, registration, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP and repeat customers to encourage referrals and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to support proactive sales strategies.
  • Contribute to marketing events, vehicle launches, and social media engagement initiatives.
  • Accurately record client data, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive sales (luxury or premium brands strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of financing, trade-in valuation, and high-value vehicle transactions.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and digital communication tools.
  • Valid Qatar or GCC driving license required.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
