<p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Installation, service, and maintenance of gas and oil hydronic equipment to include steam</li>
<li>Installation, service, and maintenance of forced air systems and ductwork</li>
<li>Installation, service, and maintenance of ductless systems</li>
<li>Work directly with the estimators to review details of installations</li>
<li>Lead assisting technicians on the projects to work together efficiently</li>
<li>Communicating details of installation with customers as needed</li>
<li>Review with customers how to operate and maintain their equipment</li>
<li>This role includes on-call responsibilities</li>
<li>Work overtime as needed</li>
<li>Continue education and training as offered or necessary to be current with our industry</li>
<li>Cross train and work with fuel division as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>
<li>Must have 5 + years of experience in HVAC installation</li>
<li>Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.</li>
<li>Must possess a current and valid driver&rsquo;s license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company&rsquo;s insurance carrier.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain company vehicles cleanliness and stock</li>
<li>EPA Universal Certified</li>
<li>***NATE Certification not required but is a plus***</li></ul><br>
