Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Tester with at least 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce platform and related applications. The ideal candidate will have strong testing experience, and familiarity with Agile delivery processes.Key Responsibilities1. Analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications.2. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Salesforce components and customizations.3. Validate APIs, and integrations with external systems.4. &#8288;Identify, document, and track defects in tools such as Azure DevOps.5. Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure defects are resolved and requirements are met.6. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.7. Develop and maintain test documentation (test plans, test cases, traceability matrices).8. Conduct end-to-end testing across integrated systems to ensure smooth data flow and system performance.9. Test Analyst

Job Description**Overview**The Technical Salesforce Consultant is responsible implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support business goals.**Key Responsibilities*** Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).* Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and integrations as needed.* Implement and maintain integrations using APIs, middleware and third-party applications.* Lead data migration efforts including data mapping, cleansing, and ETL processes.* Ensure data quality, security, and governance* Collaborate with solution architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning, estimations, and sprint reviews.* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system support.* Document solutions, technical specifications, and system configurations.**Required Skills &amp; Qualifications*** Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or consulting experience.* Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and governor limits.* Experience with integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps) is a plus.**Personal Attributes*** Problem-solver with strong analytical thinking.* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within cross-functional teams.* Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;800,000.00 - &#8377;950,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Salesforce: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Salesforce Certification (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
