Technical Salesforce Consultant

Job Description

**Overview**

The Technical Salesforce Consultant is responsible implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

* Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and integrations as needed.

* Implement and maintain integrations using APIs, middleware and third-party applications.

* Lead data migration efforts including data mapping, cleansing, and ETL processes.

* Ensure data quality, security, and governance

* Collaborate with solution architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.

* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning, estimations, and sprint reviews.

* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system support.

* Document solutions, technical specifications, and system configurations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or consulting experience.

* Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.

* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and governor limits.

* Experience with integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).

* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
