<li>Having a secure knowledge of the Curriculum</li>
<li>Plan and teach well-structured lessons which are documented and reflect school schemes of work</li>
<li>Set homework in accordance with school policy and procedures</li>
<li>Make accurate and productive use of assessment including using data to monitor progress, set targets and plan subsequent lessons</li>
<li>Give students regular feedback, both orally and, through accurate and diagnostic marking in line with the School&rsquo;s marking policy encouraging students to respond to the feedback</li>
<li>Record and make use of summative and formative assessments to secure progress</li>
<li>Undertaking pastoral duties</li>
<li>Participate in meetings at school, which relate to the curriculum for the school or the administration or organisation of the school, including pastoral arrangements</li>
<li>Attend parents&rsquo; meetings and be appropriately prepared to discuss student achievement and well-being</li>
<li>Participate in arrangements for further training and professional development as a teacher</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Education</li>
<li>PGCE in Primary Education</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years in a similar role</li>
<li>Experience of working in the UK</li>

<li>Police Clearance</li>
<li>Desirable: ADEK Licence</li>

KG Teacher

<ul><li>Responsible for creating a positive educational climate for students to learn in and instructing students in grades K-5.</li>
<li>Creates lesson plans, assessments, administers praise and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program.</li>
<li>Develop, create, and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students&rsquo; varying needs and interests.</li>
<li>Observe and evaluate students&rsquo; performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.</li>
<li>Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.</li>
<li>Plan and supervise class projects, field trips, visits by guest speakers or other experiential activities, and guide students in learning from those activities.</li>
