We believe in the potential of every child, and we&rsquo;re looking for compassionate, organized, and motivated individuals to join us on this rewarding journey.Your Role: As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing personalized intervention protocols that make a real impact on children&rsquo;s lives. Your work will be primarily in the afternoons and evenings, allowing you to engage with clients when they are most receptive.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct instruction and therapeutic support to children in their homes and clinical settings.</li><li>Ensure a safe and confidential environment for all clients.</li><li>Collect and chart data to track progress and adapt strategies.</li><li>Maintain organized learner binders and documentation.</li><li>Follow best practices in ABA to ensure high-quality educational experiences.</li><li>Contribute to Assessment/Observation Reports to inform ongoing strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li>Experience with developmentally challenged individuals is a plus, but not necessary&mdash;your enthusiasm and commitment are what matter most!</li><li>A reliable vehicle, valid driver&rsquo;s license, and proof of insurance are essential.</li><li>Must clear a Department of Justice background check and have a recent TB test (both reimbursed).</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Competitive Pay: Earn between $24.00 and $29.00 per hour, with flexible hours ranging from 15 to 34 hours per week(full time), 15-20 hrs per week (part-time)..</li><li>Career Growth: We provide clear paths for advancement through experience, education, and mentoring.</li><li>Health Benefits: Enjoy comprehensive health and dental insurance, along with paid time off.</li><li>Professional Development: Get access to supervision hours for BCaBA and BCBA at no extra cost and opportunities to present at conferences.</li><li>Flexible Schedule: We accommodate your professional needs, including evening shifts and weekends as needed.</li><li>Mileage Reimbursement: We help you cover travel costs as per federal guidelines.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Afternoon/Evening shifts available (3 PM - 7 PM).</li><li>Monday to Friday availability, with optional weekend work.</li></ul>Ready to Make an Impact?
