Your Role: As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing personalized intervention protocols that make a real impact on children’s lives. Your work will be primarily in the afternoons and evenings, allowing you to engage with clients when they are most receptive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction and therapeutic support to children in their homes and clinical settings.
  • Ensure a safe and confidential environment for all clients.
  • Collect and chart data to track progress and adapt strategies.
  • Maintain organized learner binders and documentation.
  • Follow best practices in ABA to ensure high-quality educational experiences.
  • Contribute to Assessment/Observation Reports to inform ongoing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with developmentally challenged individuals is a plus, but not necessary—your enthusiasm and commitment are what matter most!
  • A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance are essential.
  • Must clear a Department of Justice background check and have a recent TB test (both reimbursed).

Schedule:

  • Afternoon/Evening shifts available (3 PM - 7 PM).
