Edugen Study Abroad Consultants is a fast-growing overseas education consultancy based in Delhi NCR, representing 100+ universities across the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Germany, and Dubai. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Part-Time HR Executive who can independently manage the hiring and onboarding process for our organization.The ideal candidate should have prior HR/recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to streamline and improve the hiring funnel. This is a flexible part-time role with an opportunity to grow into a full-time position as Edugen scales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Coordinate with management to understand hiring needs across departments.</li><li>Conduct telephonic/virtual pre-screening of candidates.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate database, follow up on selection process.</li><li>Support onboarding of new hires (offer letters, documentation, induction).</li><li>Assist in drafting HR policies, contracts, and compliance documents.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in recruitment / HR role (consultancy or education industry preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Comfortable using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.</li><li>Ability to work part-time with flexible availability.</li></ul>Work Details:<ul><li>Location: Dwarka (New Delhi) &amp; Gurugram offices (hybrid flexibility possible).</li><li>Job Type: Part-Time (20&ndash;25 hours per week, flexible schedule).</li><li>Compensation: Competitive (fixed + performance-based incentives).</li><li>Growth: Opportunity to transition into a full-time role with leadership responsibilities.</li></ul>About Edugen:Edugen is a trusted name in overseas education consultancy with a track record of 250+ successful student visas and 120+ university partnerships worldwide.
