Part-Time HR Executive

Edugen Study Abroad Consultants is a fast-growing overseas education consultancy based in Delhi NCR, representing 100+ universities across the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Germany, and Dubai. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Part-Time HR Executive who can independently manage the hiring and onboarding process for our organization.

The ideal candidate should have prior HR/recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to streamline and improve the hiring funnel. This is a flexible part-time role with an opportunity to grow into a full-time position as Edugen scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with management to understand hiring needs across departments.
• Conduct telephonic/virtual pre-screening of candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate database, follow up on selection process.
• Support onboarding of new hires (offer letters, documentation, induction).
• Assist in drafting HR policies, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment / HR role (consultancy or education industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible availability.

Work Details:

• Location: Dwarka (New Delhi) & Gurugram offices (hybrid flexibility possible).
• Job Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours per week, flexible schedule).
• Compensation: Competitive (fixed + performance-based incentives).

Pay: ₹10,309.36 - ₹15,005.21 per month
