Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports early childhood development and literacy education.</li><li>Create lesson plans that incorporate various subjects including math, physical education, and special education needs.</li><li>Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all students.</li><li>Utilize behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among children.</li><li>Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities.</li><li>Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience through shared resources and strategies.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom conducive to learning.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.</li><li>Strong background in early childhood education with knowledge of childhood development principles.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in special education or early intervention strategies is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Previous experience in private schools or Montessori settings is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Knowledge of standardized testing practices related to early childhood education is beneficial.
