Whether you&rsquo;re an experienced assistant or just starting out, if you&rsquo;ve got the right attitude and a love of learning, we&rsquo;ll provide the training and mentorship to help you thrive.Benefits (Full-Time):<ul><li>Medical &amp; dental coverage</li><li>Paid holidays &amp; vacation</li><li>401k with employer match</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re ready to join a fun, supportive team that&rsquo;s raising the bar in patient care &mdash; and have a few laughs along the way &mdash; we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Duties<ul><li>Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric dentistry treatments.</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed meticulously.</li><li>Take and develop dental X-rays using advanced imaging technology such as 3D scanners while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.</li><li>Manage patient records efficiently using EMR systems like open dental and dexis and note ai , ensuring accurate documentation of medical history, treatment plans, and medical coding.</li><li>Provide chairside assistance by managing vital signs, medical imaging, and assisting with four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote overall dental health.</li><li>Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments as a dental receptionist and maintaining organized medical records.</li><li>Uphold infection control standards by following strict protocols for sterilization, handling of contaminated materials, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant with current licensure in the respective jurisdiction.</li><li>Proven experience working in general dentistry with exposure to pediatric dentistry preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic for managing medical records and documentation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dental procedures.</li><li>Experience with X-ray techniques, including digital imaging and 3D scanning technology.</li><li>Familiarity with infection control procedures and aseptic techniques essential for patient safety.</li><li>Ability to perform vital signs assessment and assist with complex procedures across various specialties like prosthodontics or endodontics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills combined with a professional demeanor to ensure positive patient interactions.
