 About the team:
 
 
 
 We are looking for Motion Designer with 5+years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story. The team aims to elevate EG&rsquo;s leadership, product, and marketing communication through precise, visually strong, and brand-aligned presentations. The role ensures every presentation &mdash; from boardrooms to product demos &mdash; reflects EG&rsquo;s professionalism and attention to detail.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design motion graphics, explainers, and SoMe animations for marketing and internal communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create short-form video content for campaigns, events, and leadership updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Marketing and Corporate Comms in developing high-quality visual storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop interactive visuals and animated infographics for web and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and optimise video content for multiple platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all assets meet EG&rsquo;s brand and visual standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a high level of detail and craftsmanship from storyboard to final render.

 </ul>
 
 Your workday, your tasks and mandatory skill set:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Motion Design, Animation, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in motion design and video production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing animation, compositing, and visual storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meticulous attention to timing, composition, and typography.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of brand communication and digital channels.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with sound design, color grading, and motion branding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with interactive content or UI motion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to independently manage multiple parallel projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of how AI can streamline motion design and video production without compromising visual storytelling or craftsmanship.
