 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 
 The Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential customers, generating qualified leads, and converting them into meetings and successful deals.
 
 
 
 
 The role focuses on promoting the company&rsquo;s automotive import and customs clearance services through daily outbound calls, lead follow-up, and customer relationship management.
 
 
 
 
 This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Make daily outbound calls to
 
 fresh leads and potential customers
 
 to introduce the company&rsquo;s services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and qualify potential clients genuinely interested in
 
 vehicle import
 
 or
 
 customs clearance
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule meetings between qualified clients and the Sales Manager or relevant department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update the
 
 CRM system
 
 with accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work toward
 
 daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about the
 
 automotive import market trends
 
 ,
 
 customs regulations
 
 , and
 
 pricing updates
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company professionally and maintain customer trust.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;2 years of experience
 
 in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in automotive or logistics).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to make and manage a large volume of outbound calls daily.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 automotive import processes
 
 and
 
 customs clearance procedures
 
 is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Target-driven and able to perform under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 Microsoft Office
 
 and
 
 CRM tools
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of
 
 English and Arabic
 
 (spoken and written).
 </li>
