Sales Executive – Automotive Import & Export Industry

Location: 5 ^th settlement , Cairo, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential customers, generating qualified leads, and converting them into meetings and successful deals.

The role focuses on promoting the company’s automotive import and customs clearance services through daily outbound calls, lead follow-up, and customer relationship management.

This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to fresh leads and potential customers to introduce the company’s services.
• Identify and qualify potential clients genuinely interested in vehicle import or customs clearance .
• Schedule meetings between qualified clients and the Sales Manager or relevant department.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets .
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Stay informed about the automotive import market trends , customs regulations , and pricing updates .
• Represent the company professionally and maintain customer trust.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in automotive or logistics).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make and manage a large volume of outbound calls daily.
• Familiarity with automotive import processes and customs clearance procedures is an advantage.
• Target-driven and able to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools .
• Good command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
