Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the British Curriculum for students in the primary grades.</li>
<li>Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.</li>
<li>Evaluate and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning experience.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment where students feel safe and valued.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the broader school community to foster engagement and collaboration.</li>
<li>Participate in professional development programs and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.</li>
<li>Support the social and emotional development of each student and encourage positive behavior and academic performance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and sharing best practices.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a related field.</li>
<li>A valid teaching qualification for the British Curriculum is a must (e.g., QTS or PGCE).</li>
<li>Experience teaching in a primary classroom setting, preferably within an international or British school.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to engage and inspire young learners.</li>
<li>Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative practice.</li>
